4. Payment Terms
Fees, payment schedules, and invoicing terms will be set out in the specific service agreement or proposal for each client. Late payments may result in a pause of services until outstanding amounts are settled.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Search engine rankings, AI answer engine citations, traffic, and advertising performance are influenced by factors outside our control, including but not limited to algorithm changes by Google and other platforms, competitor activity, and market conditions. Pro Edge Technologies does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, citation frequency, or revenue outcomes. We commit to following current best practices and reporting transparently on progress.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables created specifically for a client as part of a paid engagement (such as website code, content, and creative assets) become the property of the client upon full payment. Pro Edge Technologies retains ownership of its own tools, frameworks, and internal processes used to deliver those services.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or account information shared during the course of an engagement, and to use such information solely for the purpose of delivering or receiving the agreed services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pro Edge Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement in accordance with the notice period set out in the specific proposal or contract. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise agreed in a specific client contract.
